Job Summary

Driving impactful projects in a fully remote environment, the Project Management Professional - II will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and utilize AI tools to enhance project delivery and contract compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer interface, facilitating team meetings and ensuring timely delivery of client commitments
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource, time, and budget estimations for all phases and milestones
• Leverage AI tools to evaluate contract compliance, manage negotiations, and generate actionable reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on contract compliance and negotiations
• Proven expertise in producing and analyzing data-driven reports for executive leadership
• High proficiency in using AI tools to evaluate contracts and generate custom reports
• Demonstrated ability in running effective vendor meetings and managing multi-channel communications
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
