Project Management Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operate the Project Management function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
• Lead and mentor project management staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage project execution in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in life science preferred
• Minimum of seven years of industry-related experience, including three years in a leadership role
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with a strong understanding of principles and techniques
• 4 years of management experience, specifically with matrix teams and cross-functional collaboration
• 5+ years of experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
