Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Specialist, Software Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project progress and facilitate communication with internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Independently lead a portfolio of small-scale customer projects from kickoff to completion
• Develop and maintain project workplans, documenting changes and risks in alignment with customer statements of work

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office)
• Foundational understanding of project scope, timelines, and budget principles
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced project leaders
