Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Managing large-scale data center builds and retrofits, the full-time Project Management Specialist will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, and ensure timely delivery of projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple cross-functional network deployment projects from initiation to delivery
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules and risk analyses
• Track program milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 2 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 to 5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with data centers or network hardware
• Experience with data center lifecycles and large-scale networks
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating project documentation and metrics tracking
