Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Specialist Project Manager will participate in planning and implementing operational activities, streamline procedures, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives while supporting a diverse team from over 70 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, development, and support of operational activities
• Coordinate rewards and recognition programs and other employee engagement activities
• Update and maintain operational status reports using various software programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of project management, sales operations, or related experience
• Experience supporting B2B sales teams or client onboarding projects
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
