Project Management Supervisor

Job Summary

As a full-time Supervisor of Project Management, the successful candidate will oversee a team of Project Managers and Coordinators in managing customer implementation projects, ensuring adherence to operational standards, compliance, and data integrity in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and guidance to a team managing customer implementation projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget adherence
• Champion compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct regular audits to identify gaps in process execution
• Establish performance expectations aligned with team KPIs, documenting and addressing performance gaps in a constructive manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management, customer implementations, or a related field within a SaaS or technology environment
• 1-2 years of formal or informal people leadership experience
• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and Google Suite
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies applicable in a customer-facing implementation environment
