Project Management Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize workflows, fields, forms, and processes within the project management tool
• Build ad hoc and recurring reports to support project managers and leadership
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred; Jira or Monday.com considered)
• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, operations, finance, or healthcare environments preferred
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Change Management are a plus but not required
