Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Systems Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of its project management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UCore platform roadmap and delivery sequencing aligned with business strategy
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives ensuring technical alignment and delivery readiness
• Establish platform governance and prioritize enhancements for enterprise delivery needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience leading enterprise programs or large-scale delivery initiatives
• Proven experience owning platform roadmaps in complex, multi-system environments
• Strong experience partnering with IT and Business Systems on platform strategy
• Experience leading PM platform modernization or enterprise system rollouts preferred
