A company is looking for a PDS Team Lead, Corporate Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of project teams, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering superior client service and recommendations
• Lead the establishment of best practices and monitor compliance with established procedures

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in project or construction management
• Experience in corporate office interior construction project management preferred
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts
• Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management required
