Project Management Team Lead

Job Summary

To oversee day-to-day project activities and serve as the primary client contact, the full-time Project Management Client Team Lead will manage complex projects, implement process improvements, and analyze trends while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with clients to build relationships, address needs, and implement process improvements
• Coordinates and manages complex projects, providing status updates and ensuring efficient workflows
• Trains and evaluates team members and vendors, facilitating effective resource coordination and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum four years of project management experience in the translation/localization industry
• At least three years of customer service/account management experience within the translation industry
• Successful leadership or mentoring experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• PMP Certification is a plus
