Job Summary
Serving as a primary client contact, the full-time Project Management Client Team Lead will oversee day-to-day project activities, manage client relationships, and implement process improvements while ensuring project objectives and budgetary requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates directly with clients to build relationships and implement process improvements
- Coordinates and leads complex projects, providing regular updates and ensuring client needs are met
- Trains and evaluates team members and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum four years of project management experience in the translation/localization industry
- At least three years of customer service/account management experience within the translation industry
- Successful leadership or mentoring experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
- PMP Certification is a plus
