Project Management Team Lead

Job Summary

Serving as a primary client contact, the full-time Project Management Team Lead will oversee daily project activities, manage client relationships, and implement process improvements while ensuring project objectives and budgetary requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates directly with clients to build relationships and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
• Coordinates complex projects, providing regular status updates and ensuring client needs are met
• Assists in team management by scheduling work, evaluating performance, and mentoring staff

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum four years of successful project management experience, preferably in the translation/localization industry
• At least three years of customer service/account management experience within the translation industry
• Successful leadership or mentoring experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• PMP Certification is a plus
