Project Management Team Lead

Job Summary

Serving as a primary client contact, the full-time Project Management Client Team Lead will oversee day-to-day project activities, manage client relationships, and drive process improvements while ensuring project objectives and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates directly with clients to build relationships, address needs, and implement process improvements
• Coordinates and manages complex projects, providing regular updates and ensuring efficient workflow across teams
• Trains and evaluates vendor performance while assisting in the scheduling and assignment of team tasks

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum four years of project management experience in the translation/localization industry
• Successful customer service/account management experience, with at least three years in the translation industry
• Leadership or mentoring experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• PMP Certification is a plus
