• Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address variances
• Define roles and responsibilities, establishing project organization and communication plans

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of project management experience and 5+ years of professional work experience
• PMP Certification or working toward certification within 12 months
• Knowledge of project budgeting and costing
• Experience with software methodology development processes
• Entry level knowledge of Project Management processes and tools
