• 3-5 years of experience in OSP Telecommunications or utility-related services
• Any combination of education and experience demonstrating ability to perform job duties
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
