Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within real estate, construction, or commercial property development
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership capability to motivate and guide project teams
