Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing multiple customer engagements, the full-time remote Professional Services Project Manager will ensure successful implementations of the Percipio platform while managing complex learning delivery and strategy projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of all projects while managing scope and resources
• Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and establish project plans and schedules
• Communicate project status to internal and external customers, proactively tracking accomplishments against plans

Required qualifications:

• 8-10 years of Project Manager experience in a professional services environment, or 3 years with a Master's degree
• Experience managing billable consulting projects and familiarity with Platform as a Service
• Proficient in desktop applications including Microsoft Project and Teams, with a capacity to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong history of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to work with virtual teams across multiple time zones
