Job Summary

Managing multidisciplinary teams, the full-time remote Project Manager will oversee the execution of multichannel projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while drafting statements of work and managing project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage projects with budgets up to $2 million, utilizing appropriate resources and processes
• Draft and track statements of work, budget estimates, and scope definitions for both digital and traditional projects
• Provide detailed schedules for the development of multichannel projects, consulting with team members for input and approvals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 1 year of relevant industry experience in healthcare advertising or interactive/professional services
• Minimum of 1 year of project management and project planning experience
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines
