Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the day-to-day governance and delivery of an enterprise SaaS modernization effort for the Department of Veterans Affairs, this remote, full-time position will manage project governance, schedule coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communications across a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project governance and integrated delivery across various workstreams including architecture, development, and operations
• Plan and facilitate status meetings, preparing agendas, decision records, and action-item tracking
• Develop and maintain program management artifacts such as the Integrated Master Schedule and risk registers

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects, enterprise applications, or SaaS implementations
• Demonstrated experience with project governance, schedule management, and risk management
• Practical understanding of Agile delivery and experience with sprint execution and backlog coordination
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder priorities in a client-facing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
