Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for renovation projects in the retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage renovation projects for retail banking centers and third-party vendors
• Read construction documents, interpret Requests for Quotes, and compare proposals to construction plans
• Represent the Owner in project meetings, report project status to upper management, and maintain budget and schedule data

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in managing renovation projects
• Ability to understand construction elements and FF&E take-offs
• Proficiency in utilizing online systems of record and online accounting software
• Capability to write commitments to vendors and manage third-party vendor deliverables
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively when facing construction challenges
