Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Services Project Manager to drive successful implementation engagements and manage customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects for packaged and custom configuration services for enterprise customers
• Develop understanding of the product to advise customers on data requirements for successful implementation
• Report project status to stakeholders, tracking progress, issues, and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced, high-tech companies; SaaS and SI preferred
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects with varying contract types
• Experience in risk, issue, and change management
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external customers
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer meetings
