Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of projects and manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs from inception to execution
• Monitor project scope and status, providing updates to internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical setting
• Experience managing projects with budgets between $1.5M to $2.5M
• Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheets and Excel for managing complex spreadsheets
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 members
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules and manage time efficiently
