• Drive functional training and develop training resources for users
• Make data-driven feature recommendations based on research and client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading software system implementation projects
• Ability to set priorities, create project plans, and monitor progress
• Strong process management skills and experience in building new processes
• Solid understanding of database and SaaS terminology
• Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Clarizen, or SalesForce
