Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for cosmetic product development
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for cosmetic projects and implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations
• 3 years of experience with regulations governing manufacturing processes and product lifecycle compliance
• Experience with data analysis software for analyzing pre-clinical and clinical trial data
• Familiarity with technologies and techniques used in in-vitro/in-vivo research
