Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee software development projects and operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of software development projects, including planning, scheduling, and implementation
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project objectives are met within time and budget constraints
• Develop project management tools and templates to enhance project life cycles and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 2-3 years of relevant Project Management experience
• Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
• Experience in the Insurance Industry or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Predictive project methodologies
• Basic understanding of programming languages and concepts
