Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee multifamily building projects and support project management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily operations of multifamily programs and manage project applications
• Assist in continuous improvement processes and manage a small pilot program with approximately 12 projects
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Technical Review contractors, and resolve project-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, policy, public or business administration, architecture, real estate, urban planning, marketing, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience with a strong understanding of relevant technical principles and project management
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and develop new initiatives
• Experience leading working groups or program teams and providing guidance to junior staff
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present comprehensive materials and negotiate effectively with stakeholders
