Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their MedTech Surgery Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, metrics tracking, and resource planning
• Optimize and harmonize processes within technical writing, medical writing, and safety reporting teams
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across multiple business portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree; advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Process Excellence training highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Knowledge of clinical evaluation, literature reviews, and safety reporting inputs preferred
