Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Project Manager to manage enterprise-level projects for its largest customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end project management of CXM platform implementation, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation
• Engage with prospects and customers regarding the functionality of the platform and its integrations
• Drive relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise project delivery, Contact Centers, CXM, or similar industries
• Strong Project Management experience with PMP and Scrum certifications preferred
• Functional understanding of IVR, AI, Voice/Chat Bots, and business APIs
• Deep hands-on experience with contact center channels and CCaaS platforms
• Ability to lead large teams and manage stakeholders effectively
