Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Professional Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Professional Services engagements to increase rapid adoption among customers
• Create, customize, and deliver customer Statements of Work while managing timelines and communications
• Compile progress reports and communicate insights and risks to internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in the cybersecurity space
• Knowledge of user acceptance testing and change management
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana
• Proven track record of supporting customer onboarding and implementation of software tools
