Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers and act as a liaison during the implementation process
• Guide customer decision-making and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the implementation team by addressing project-related issues and facilitating communication

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the long-term care industry with successful SaaS project implementations
• 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-site enterprise projects
• Experience working with C-level executives and senior management
• Previous experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is preferred
• Prior experience leading steering committee meetings
