Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of projects within a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules, ensuring compliance with processes and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs from conception to execution
• Monitor project scope and status, providing updates to internal and external teams while identifying and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical marketing setting
• Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $1.5M to $2.5M
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 members
• Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheets and Excel
• Experience in developing timelines, budgets, and status agendas
