Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to drive and deliver key strategic initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multiple concurrent projects for the integration of newly acquired companies within six months
• Develop detailed project roadmaps and execution plans, ensuring accountability and stakeholder alignment
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, leading regular status meetings and providing insights into project health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
• Proven ability to manage 5+ complex projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope
• 5+ years of insurance industry experience with a strong understanding of insurance processes
