Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee medium to large complex projects within the Strategy & Operations division.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate BPO strategy and production effectiveness to support organizational growth
• Develop and implement workflows, SOPs, and performance measures for efficient credit processing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance credit policies and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, project management, or related field with 5-7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in financial services
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in driving end-to-end enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and deliverables
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills
