Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding projects and ensure successful execution from contract to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources
• Collaborate on drafting and delivering Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with business needs
• Maintain project data, provide status reports, and contribute to revenue and capacity forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, or Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to anticipate project risks and apply structured problem-solving methods
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and build stakeholder rapport
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Mathematics, or Computer Science
