Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate customer implementation and professional service projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain standardized Project Management templates, processes, and documentation
• Schedule and facilitate project status meetings, capturing action items and decisions
• Monitor project progress against scope, timeline, and budget, and escalate risks or issues

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations
• Excellent project management skills
• Understanding of technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions
• History in the Print/Mail industry
