Required Qualifications

• 8 years of full-time experience in IT Project Management, business analysis, or project administration
• Experience in structured design, scope control, project estimation, and risk mitigation
• Proven ability to manage project activities and make critical decisions
• Experience in reviewing and evaluating business systems and stakeholder needs
• Experience in collecting requirements across multiple program areas or organizations
