Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Non-IT for an 18-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across various digital systems supporting a complex web platform
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and generate performance reports using analytics tools
• Gather and analyze user feedback to recommend platform enhancements and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate experience with a content management system and Adobe Analytics or ability to learn similar platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams at an intermediate level
• Experience as a product owner, digital strategist, or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to present complex information in a meaningful way for various audiences
• Work samples will be requested during the interview process
