Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee project backlogs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage 12-13 project backlogs, ensuring prioritization and timely progression of projects
• Assess project requests from various departments and manage communication regarding backlog status and priorities
• Facilitate regular PM ceremonies and maintain operational workflow between technical and business teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with technical projects
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking project status
• Strong background in Agile methodologies with experience in running sprints
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
