Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager responsible for managing solar and energy storage projects through late-stage development to commercial operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with vendors and contractors for solar and energy storage projects
• Negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction contracts and manage contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Support project development teams in creating construction cost estimates and managing project budgets

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in power plant, solar, or real estate development
• Experience in negotiating transactions and managing development and construction budgets
• Understanding of environmental and utility regulatory environments
• Experience in developing processes to improve workflow
• A Master's degree in energy, real estate, engineering, or business is a plus
