Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Issue Resolution efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current processes and identify program-wide inefficiencies, actively working to resolve them
• Lead discovery efforts to analyze root causes of inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and manage project plans to implement improvements and coordinate across teams for stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe) preferred
• 6+ years of experience as a consulting project manager, ideally in federal programs or healthcare transformation
• Proven ability to lead discovery efforts and design solutions to systemic challenges
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Lean Six
• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or EHRM modernization efforts is highly desirable
