Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their Strategy and Projects team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate BPO strategy and production effectiveness to support organizational growth
- Develop and implement workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and QC measures for efficient credit processing
- Maintain compliance with energy finance processing regulations and enhance credit policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, project management, or related field with 5-7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in financial services
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in driving end-to-end enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure accountability
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead change
