Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead key initiatives within the Insurance Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent insurance-related IT projects from initiation through delivery
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while tracking progress and risks

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management methodologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Case Management is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Experience in Agile project management and Scrum practices
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and PMO standards
