Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to establish and build client relationships while delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of the workflow to support delivery of insight-based solutions
• Guide cross-functional project teams to ensure workflow integrity and client satisfaction
• Manage questionnaire development, programming scheduling, survey QA, and results analysis

Required Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
• 2-6+ years of relevant experience, preferably on the supplier-side
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reporting platforms is a plus
• Ability to balance project details with overarching client objectives
• Knowledge of questionnaire and data structure design
