Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their Design & Research team, focusing on enhancing AI-powered consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with research team members and stakeholders to improve research efficiency and impact through programming and AI automation
• Design and implement programs to streamline processes and enhance researcher satisfaction and effectiveness
• Manage tooling and supplier contracts, ensuring access to optimal platforms for user research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of ResOps experience
• 5+ years of relevant domain experience within the technology sector
• 3+ years of experience collaborating across disciplines such as PM, Data Science, Engineering, and Product Design
• 3+ years of experience managing complex processes within large organizations
• 3+ years of experience with research tools like Qualtrics, Dscout, and UserTesting
