• Manage multiple active customer implementations from kickoff through successful go-live
• Serve as the primary customer contact and advocate throughout the implementation process
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution engineers, training, and product

• 2+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise software to customers
• Consultant mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
• Ability to solve problems independently with minimal guidance
• Experience in creating purposeful meetings with clear agendas
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing project requirements
