Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee mid-large scale product support and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sprint processes, triage incidents, and communicate project progress
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and contractor teams
• Report on project risks, successes, and manage team velocity for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management within a complex software development environment
• Experience with ticketing systems, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with significant dependencies and risks
• Experience working collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams
• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
