Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project/Grant Manager (Hybrid or Remote with travel).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans in alignment with grant requirements and project goals
• Lead project team members, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with grant policies
• Monitor project progress, collect data, and report findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, public policy, public health, education, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in public health or grant-funded environments
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Commitment to health equity and workforce development principles
