Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to facilitate and support organizational readiness in delivering large-scale, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage cross-functional programs by defining goals and establishing roles and responsibilities
• Drive progress by monitoring and reporting on project status, identifying issues, and resolving roadblocks
• Develop technical delivery plans and facilitate migrations and go-lives with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
• 2-5 years of experience managing cross-functional and technical programs, with a track record of launching new products
• Experience in Payments and/or SaaS industries, particularly in large-scale migrations
• Strong business acumen and understanding of client needs and business drivers
• Ability to work with data and insights to make recommendations and drive decisions
