Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHRM Program Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current processes to identify bottlenecks and develop actionable solutions
• Lead discovery efforts to analyze root causes of inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders for data-driven solutions
• Develop and manage project plans to implement improvements and enhance issue resolution capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or certifications preferred
• Experience with EHR systems, particularly Oracle Cerner, and understanding of healthcare operations
• 6+ years of experience as a consulting project manager in federal programs or healthcare transformation
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery efforts and design solutions to systemic challenges
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Lean Six
