Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager- Client Ops to drive operational clarity and delivery excellence across its client services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional sprint cadences and maintain delivery calendars across various teams
• Track deliverables from client sign-on through contract end and ensure alignment with contract scope
• Lead preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and support account oversight with the Finance team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management, particularly in cross-functional project delivery
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Motion AI and Asana
• Ability to manage timelines and track project deliverables effectively
• Experience in coordinating team capacity and engagement operations
• Proven ability to enforce delivery standards and protect project margins
